Our client are seeking a Programme Manager to drive partnership activity and maximise the value of existing relationships with key customers.
The Programme Manager will play a central role in the initiation, development and ongoing management of strategic relationships with key customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing both short and long term strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and work towards delivering 100% due date compliance.
- Ensuring all customer deliverables are on spec and on time
- Identifying potential resource gaps and working with business leadership to address
- Responsibility for program cost and billing management
- Key Process Owner for customer communications and change control in assigned programs.
This position requires deep customer focus, strong self-motivation, deep analytical skills and exceptional project management skills. You will be a detail-oriented and comfortable leading and supporting large, complex multi-part Engineering projects. You will have a hands-on approach and be an effective communicator.
The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, ideally from a defence, automotive, aerospace or foundry industry. You will be comfortable dealing directly with demanding customers and have proven experience planning and executing recovery missions in regulated manufacturing environments.
