Customer Service Representative

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their busy and friendly team. The position will play an integral part within the Customer Service Division, you will use your knowledge of systems and excellent Excel skills to support the Corporate and Private Client division.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy Customer Service environment, those with a Banking, Insurance or Local Authority background will be at a distinct advantage. You will also:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be fully IT literate
- Be an effective team player
A typical day will see you opening and administering accounts, corresponding with clients via email and by phone and dealing with donation requests and enquiries.
