My client is looking to add to their ever growing team and is looking for that special person that can add value to the business. Whilst you don't need any particular experience you will be clearly spoken and able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds and industries, ideally you will be fully computer literate and as a must you will be highly numerate

Duties include :

  • Data inputting/importing
  • Managing information on excel
  • Creating invoices
  • Checking all documents created for accuracy
  • Assessing and processing of expense claims
  • Handling post
  • Answering queries on the telephone and by email
  • Support of Account Management team
  • Communication with all of the team
